In summary, I helped launch this platform in November of 2019 where in the same month, we gained nomination as a finalist for the ‘Best Technology Award’ at the 2019 UK Hajj awards. The highlight of the nomination was down to the exceptional user experience for both the B2B and B2C platform where the product was described as an 'assisted Umrah travel buddy'.

As the lead product owner of this platform, it was my responsibility to develop the road map for the future work associated with this platform. I created an extensive guide to development features and marketing opportunities to help meet the product's business goals for both the front and back end applications of the product.
