The user flows were considered for desktop, tablet and mobile platforms. As the experience of searching for Umrah was different on each platform it was important to carefully consider how we structured information throughout. We used a responsive design structure matching the desktop and tablet but chose to use adaptive design for the mobile. This was because booking Umrah through mobile was a completely different experience to booking Umrah through a desktop or tablet where the ability to display huge amounts of information was limited. During our initial prototyping stages, these elements were considered where we ensured all prioritised features were displayed in an easy to read manner.
