In order to build a great product, it was important that we championed any potential users and had them in mind when developing the platform. This is why I developed various user personas that were based on my research approved by the experts. Engaging personas can incorporate both goal- and role-directed personas—as well as the more traditional rounded personas—to bring the potential users to life.

The purpose of working with personas was to develop solutions, products and services that would best represent our users based upon the needs and their goals. I constructed and described these personas, making sure to express enough understanding and empathy towards potential them. Below is an example of ‘Super Sara’, a working Muslim mother that wants to fulfil her religious obligations.
