Based on our findings and further market place research I was asked by the project board to create a pitch deck and present a business case before committing to any eventual product. I was asked to propose ideas as to what kind of products would be suitable to solve any problems from my research. Based on the Saudi government’s 2030 vision to increase tourism in the Kingdom and the issues surrounding online travel with Umrah, we found that there was huge potential in developing the right products for this market. It was agreed to build two platforms in conjunction for both the B2C & B2B market. My presentation of the business case resulted in the approval of the developments of the products I suggested.
